Thoroughly planned introduction of new technologies in any sphere will bring positive results:
- increase in the quality of work;
- increase in the rate of the production process;
- economizing effect.
In 1994, OLVEX successfully mastered the technology of diamond cutting of reinforced concrete structures and has been implementing this technology ever since.
Our undisputable advantage is a tenfold increase in the rates of the production process, which allows us to complete work in the shortest possible terms with no construction waste. Metal wire or rods embedded in concrete poses no problem for diamond cutting tools.
For carrying out its work, OLVEX utilizes drilling units, wall-mounting and rope saws, and hand-held saws with diamond chains, rings, or disks, as well as concrete crushing equipment. The choice of tools depends on the specifications provided by the client.
During cutting and drilling processes no vibration occurs, thus ensuring that no slackening or damage occurs to the most delicate structures. Cracks or even microcracks will never appear, and the smooth surface of the cut does not require additional processing, as a rule. Cutting and drilling does not produce dust that might otherwise pollute the air or penetrate the units of nearby equipment.
The compactness of our equipment makes it easy to dismantle and transport to the most difficult-to-reach working sites, where it can be readily reassembled. Remote control allows for carrying out work without the presence of an operator at the very site of the working equipment.
If you need roofing repaired, use the services of OLVEX. We will solve this problem effectively for you.
For the successful operation of new roofing during an overhaul, OLVEX provides a complex of the following work:
- cutting and removal of old roofing;
- repairs of concrete bindings and creating grooves for free water flow toward drainage funnels or external gutters, coating bindings with primer to ensure perfect adhesion of the materials;
- applying new hydro-insulating roof coating, its complete fastening to curbs, ventilation shafts, and other elements of the structure;
- finishing curbs, ventilation shafts, and firewalls with metal to prevent moisture from penetrating under the insulation layer. Non-compliance with at least one of the above requirements may significantly decrease the quality of the repair of the roof and its subsequent period of use.
Cleansing surfaces utilizing OPRIBLAST sandblasting equipment operating in wet, damp, and dry cleaning modes.
This machinery allows for delicate cleansing of building façades and architectural monuments, as well as heavy cleaning of concrete and metal structures. This is achieved by fine adjustment of the water-air-grit proportion. Supply of OPTIBLAST sandblasters and NORMFINISH sandblasting booths.
Providing solutions to increase the requirements for fire safety of buildings and facilities and lowering the costs of fireproofing measures led to the search for fireproof materials that would comply with these requirements. Since 1998, OLVEX has been utilizing fireproof materials that can increase fireproof qualities of supporting metal structures, air ducts, concrete and wooden walls, and structures from boards to up to three hours and more. Another significant advantages of such coatings are the fact that they can also function as highly efficient thermal insulation and soundproof materials.
Applying fireproof materials is carried out utilizing highly effective machinery for semidry concrete spaying. Certain design tasks require that the surface of some fireproof materials may be treated with rollers and smoothing trowels; dried surface can be painted with mineral paints.
